Artist's Description
Even though this pier has been photographed a million times, I still like to shoot here. We are fortunate to have colorful sunsets most of the year here in California. The hardest decision for me is always where to shoot. There are so many choices, and each location has advantages and disadvantages. Some of the best spots to shoot are also usually the most crowded. I usually try to set up away from people and other photographers whenever possible, but living in a big tourist city, it is often nearly impossible to do so.
